CINT provides open access to highly specialized instrumentation and expertise to a global community of researchers from universities, national laboratories, and industry. 

Research Priorities include Microelectronics, Clean Energy, Quantum Information Science, Biosecurity, AI/Machine Learning, Advanced/Sustainable Manufacturing.  
 

The CINT 2024 Fall Call for User Proposals opens September 1, 2024

CINT offers no-cost access to exceptional scientific expertise and world-class capabilities at two National Laboratories and multiple co-located facilities including:
  • Los Alamos Neutron Science Center (LANSCE),
  • National High Magnetics Field Laboratory (NHMFL),
  • Microsystems Engineering, Science and Applications (MESA)
  • LANL Ion Beam Materials Laboratory
  • SNL Ion Beam Laboratory
The CINT User Community is an incredibly diverse and extensive global scientific community dedicated to understanding, characterizing, synthesizing, fabricating, and scaling nanostructured materials in the microscopic and macroscopic worlds.
