- Alex Tor ist ein 291 m ASL hoher kegelförmiger Hügel nordöstlich von St Breward im Westen des Bodmin Moors in Cornwall, England. Auf dem Gipfel liegt der namengebende Aufschluss aus abgewitterten Granitplatten, umgeben von einem großen komplexen Tor-Cairn, einer prähistorischen Kultstätte in Form eines Ring-Cairns, in dessen Zentrum der Aufschluss liegt. Vom Gipfelplateau aus sichtbar sind: Brown Willy und Buttern Hill. Andere teilweise ebenfalls sichtbare Beispiele von Tor-Cairns sind: Catshole Tor, Corndon Tor, Cox Tor, Hameldown Tor, Limsboro Cairn, , Tolborough Tor, Top Tor, Tregarrick Tor, White Tor (Peter Tavy) und Yes Tor. Runde Cairns sind in Cornwall verbreitet; mehr als 3000 sind bekannt. An der Westflanke des Berges liegen die Fundamente alter Rundhütten und die Reste eines Bauernhofes. (de)
- Alex Tor is a conical hill, 291 metres (955 ft) high, located in the west of Bodmin Moor in the county of Cornwall, England. At the summit of Alex Tor are granite rock outcrops and a large and intricate tor cairn. There are panoramic views from the summit plateau and other tors visible include: Rough Tor, Brown Willy, Showery Tor, Garrow Tor and . Parking is possible on the lane running SW to NE past the tor, but not beyond the Private Road sign. From here it is an easy climb of less than 1 kilometre. On the western flank of the hill there are hut circles and the remains of an ancient farmstead. (en)
