Heather manages DigitForge business operations and provides technical writing, project management, and business development expertise.
She has 15+ years of experience writing, editing, performing research, and managing project teams to produce proposals, peer-reviewed
studies, Web and intranet content, annual reports, webinars, and other work products. Heather is a PMI-certified PMP and has master’s
degrees in demography and public health. She is listed as an author on five publications and has managed 100+ proposals
in response to government and commercial procurements.

Chief Software Architect
Michael has over 27 years of experience in enterprise-level software development and design on multiple platforms. He has been a part of
project teams that have won industry awards including a CODiE™ award and a CES™ Best In Show award. He also co-authored the technical publication
Microsoft Foundation Class Bible. He is adept at rethinking business processes, architecting complex software and IT solutions, explaining
technical concepts, adapting to new technologies and methodologies, and practicing agile development.

Senior Software Developer
Tej has 5+ years of enterprise-level software development and data management experience. He has supported projects spanning human resources,
finance and accounting, loss prevention, and IT fields. He has used multiple platforms to develop Web applications, as well as solutions for
