Dynamically simulating and visualizing the engineering specification of high power supply test system

Abstract

This paper introduces an innovative method to simulate and visualize the engineering specification of automatic test system with high power supply. Its implementation can dynamically simulate and visually interpret the valid operating scopes of the test system and validate the safe operating points for an effective integrated circuit test.
