You are currently reading the proceedings of the Sixth International Conference on Information and Communication Technologies and Development (ICTD2013), held in-cooperation with ACM SIGCHI and ACM SIGCAS. ICTD brings together researchers coming from technical and social science backgrounds, including Computer Science, Sociology, Economics, Communication, Anthropology, Law, Policy, Geography, Design, HCI, and many other disciplines. ICTD papers are intended to be inclusive and multi-disciplinary---ideally valuable to researchers across several of these areas.
