Tu Haiming, executive council member of CCG Hong Kong Council, is president of Hodoor International Ltd.

Born in Shanghai in 1961, Tu graduated from the Journalism Department of Fudan University in 1983 and worked as a reporter for Shanghai Jiefang Daily.

Tu is also executive director of the China Overseas Friendship Association, a standing committee member of the Federation of  Returned Overseas Chinese, and director of China Economic and Social Council. He is a member of the 13^th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference in Hong Kong.
