Houston is an executive council member of CCG Hong Kong Council
and head of China Global Investment Banking GIB at JP Morgan. He joined JP Morgan in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Houston spent five years at Goldman Sachs, where he was Head of China Diversified Industrial Group, responsible for coverage of key franchise clients within Investment Banking Services in China.
Huang earned a double bachelor’s degree in materials science and economic management from Tongji University in 1992, and an MBA from Lancaster University School of Management in 1997. He served as the managing director of the investment banking department of CICC, engaged in investment banking in Hong Kong’s Peregrine Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. for three years, and then worked in The City for three years.
