刘洋，浙江师范大学党委委员，人事处处长、IET Fellow。现为浙江师范大学数学科学学院教授、校特聘教授、博士生导师。入选科睿唯安全球高被引科学家、爱思唯尔中国高被引学者、浙江省“三育人”岗位建功先进个人、浙江省优秀教师、浙江师范大学“我心目中的好老师”、浙江省院士结对青年英才计划（滚动资助）、浙江省高校创新领军人才计划。获浙江省杰出青年基金，获浙江省自然科学奖、STP杰出成就奖、上海市优秀博士学位论文奖、中国科学热点论文奖。研究兴趣为复杂逻辑网络、无人系统控制与优化、人工智能理论与应用。近年已经在SIAM J、Automatica、IEEE 汇刊、中国科学发表论文80余篇，出版专著3部。主持国家自然科学基金4项，省部级教学科研项目10项，其中浙江省“尖兵”研发攻关项目课题1项，省级课程2项。欢迎勤奋好学，专业和英语基础扎实的同学报考博/硕士研究生，同时欢迎博士后。
