Each player is in control of a 'hero' that they use to attempt to destroy the core. This hero is picked from a pool of different heroes during the drafting phase. It is a strategic game that is played in collegiate leagues as well as on the intramural level in RIT. I was the captain of The Crazy Squirrels, one of the intramural teams. Organized team practice and was in charge of drafting heroes at the beginning of the map while consulting my team. I gained skills in making quick decisions under extreme time constraints. Also gained leadership and teamwork skills.
