ZQT10 form for athletes planning to join a PSAL team in Fall 2025 Semester

If a student wishes their Fall semester program to reflect a ‘free’ 10th period to participate in practices and games, the request for this this early program must be submitted no later than Monday, June 9, 2025. This request is based on an anticipated need to be excused after 9th period class to participate on a Fall PSAL team.
