Withdrawn Technical Report
UTR #20, Unicode in XML and other Markup Languages,
has been withdrawn. The report was published jointly by the Unicode
Technical Committee and the W3C Internationalization Working Group.
Because of the complications of joint publication, this
specification has been transitioned to ongoing maintenance by W3C.
