Proceedings Publication

Submissions will be peer-reviewed by 2-3 technical committee or reviewers. The review result comes out in 15 to 20 days.
Accepted and registered papers of ICIEB 2024 will be published in the ICIEB 2024 Conference Proceedings by ACM, which will be included in the ACM Digital Library and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

All manuscripts are submitted as full papers and are reviewed based on their scientific merit. The reviewing process is confidential. All paper submissions will be carefully reviewed by TPC experts and reviews will be returned to the author(s) with comments to ensure the high quality of the accepted papers. The accepted papers must be revised, taking into consideration the referees' comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Welcome to submit papers (full paper or abstract) to ICIEB 2024.
Electronic Submission System

For paper publication, full paper is required to be submitted for reviewing
For presentation only without paper publication, abstract can be submitted for reviewing

Regular paper is required to have at least 8 full pages including tables, figures and references.

Review Process

Submitted Papers to the conference will be subjected to the rigorous peer-review process and are expected to meet standards of academic excellence. ICIEB 2024 will follow a double-blind reviewing process to make the review process as fair as possible, both reviewers' and authors' identities remain anonymous.
All papers that conform to the submission guidelines will be peer-reviewed by at least 2-3 members of the Program Committee, which will take about 30 days before the result comes out. Authors will receive review comments via email and be required to do necessary revisions if the paper is accepted.

Plagiarism Against

An Initial Plagiarism Check is carried out for every manuscript submitted to ICIEB 2024, the "Similarity Index" should be below 30%.

Submission Types

Option 1. ABSTRACTS (Presentation only)
Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.
Option 2. Full Paper (Conference Proceedings with Presentation )
All submitted papers will be reviewed by our committees, and accepted one will be published in conference proceedings.
