The founder of the film blog The House Next Door and a longtime film critic for newspapers, Matt Zoller Seitz is a film editor and director who makes critical and historical video essays about films and TV series. These shorts appear on various web sites, including The L Magazine (www.thelmagazine.com) and Moving Image Source, the online magazine of New York's Museum of the Moving Image (www.movingimagesource.com). Most recently a film critic for The New York Times, his writing has appeared in New York Press, The Star-Ledger of Newark, the Dallas Observer, New York Newsday and other outlets. He lives in Brooklyn, New York, with his two children.
