Johnson: To have a successful RPO partnership, RPO providers must take the initiative to get to know their clients, build relationships, set expectations, add value, and be proactive. This includes understanding what the client wants in a partnership, delivering results, learning from mistakes, and providing specific insights to improve company profitability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. 🌟 Q: What’s the role of regular communication and reporting in increasing client satisfaction? I believe staying in touch and reporting are two distinct things. Our communication with clients is essential, and we contact them daily. We have a dedicated team for reporting that provides weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Our reports cover metrics, data, and ad hoc reporting as needed. We manage information like the number of hires, turnover, and time to fill a position per quarter.
