“Global Standards and Excellence”
Dear Members of the Korean Spinal Neurosurgery Society (KSNS),
It is with great honor that I work as the 29th President of the Korean Spinal Neurosurgery Society (KSNS). Thanks to the dedication and hard work of senior members, KSNS has become a leading global academic society. I am deeply grateful to all of you for giving me the opportunity to serve as president in the coming year.
Right now, we are facing difficult challenges in Korea. It feels even more disheartening when I think about the students and younger colleagues who trust and follow us. However, we cannot just stay still In the midst of this crisis. It is our responsibility to overcome these challenges and create a better future.
As president, I will focus on strengthening the foundation of our society. My plans include improving systematic education for residents and fellows, as well as supporting the growth of Neurospine Journal to boost KSNS global standing. Furthermore, I also want to establish certification programs and better organize the structure of KSNS, so that all members can take greater pride in being members of KSNS. .....
