PITTSBURGH, PA (December 11, 2023) – Commonplace Coffee recently announced the launch of ticket sales for their first ever Adult Prom, a nostalgia-filled community event that benefits local nonprofit Birdie’s Closet. The evening event is being hosted at their Campus Edge location, in the atrium and cafe, located at 1176 Grant Street, Indiana, PA 15701 on Saturday, January 27, from 6-9pm.
The night will include live DJ Josh Bowers, photo booth by Anna Margita Photography, decor by Trendy Trades, craft cocktails from Disobedient Spirits, craft beer from Noble Stein Brewing Company, sweet and savory bites, and specialty coffee and tea beverages.
Tickets are $35 and include: Event admission, music, dancing, free photos at the photo booth, sweet and savory bites, non-alcoholic punch, water, and a donation to the Birdie's Closet. Alcohol and coffee/specialty drinks will be available for purchase.
Only 75 tickets are available for purchase through January 12 at commonplacecoffee.com.
Guests are encouraged to borrow their outfit and accessories or shop secondhand at local businesses, such as Trendy Trades, Thrifty Chick Styling, and Create & Curate Co.
A portion of proceeds from ticket sales benefit Birdie’s Closet, a unique boutique located at IRMC Women’s Imaging Center that provides a variety of personal and feminine products to individuals who are undergoing cancer treatment at no cost.
