Tugce Erten is a partner on the Growth team, focused on pricing and packaging.
Before joining Andreessen Horowitz, she was most recently senior director and head of product operations and strategy at Freshworks, where she optimized the pricing of product portfolio pre-IPO and ran product analytics, product operations, and engineering operations. Prior to Freshworks, she led pricing at Atlassian and PagerDuty.
Tugce holds a BA in Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. She grew up in Istanbul, Turkey, loves exploring new countries and cultures, and lives in San Francisco.
