Due to this blessing, online shopping has emerged which influenced the lives of ordinary citizens, In Bangladesh estimates there are 700 e-commerce sites and around 8,000 e-commerce pages on Facebook Othoba,com is one of the leading ecommerce company in country. It is sister concern of Pran Rfl Group which is the largest FMCG company in our country. About twenty thousand different types of products, two hundred plus product category, about one hundred fifty plus brand now othoba have . As a part of Bachelor of Business Administration program, three months internship was carried out in the Othoba.com. The objectives of this study is to identify and analyze the factors that influence consumer behavior to buy something from online.. This study is undertaken to understand the behavior of online shoppers through a self-constructed questionnaire of 92 respondents from different Facebook group. The survey reveals that consumers shop online to save time, and for available varieties of products and services. Both male and female both have the same type of behavior towards liking and disliking factors; they like home delivery facility and dislike inability to touch and feel the product most. They acquire online shopping information from websites especially from the social network and purchase apparels, accessories mostly through cash on delivery method of payment. The most of the consumers are concern about the security of the payment system, and their overall online shopping satisfaction is mixed.

One online automated tools, namely, html toolbox and web page analyzer were used to test the Usability of these websites. Tools were used to measure the websites’ internal attributes which cannot be perceived by the users such as html code errors, download time, and size of the html pages. The questionnaire was developed and designed based on the 5 usability criteria divided into five categories. Each category deals with one usability aspect. The study showed that users are not satisfied by overall usability level of these websites and few of them are satisfied with the available features. However, there are some weaknesses in some aspects of the design, interface, and performances. Websites’ internal features are identified and suggestions are provided in the study to enhance the usability of these websites. Now a day linguistic difference between male and female has become a very common figure and are seen in every consequence of our life, at home, on job sectors, everywhere. This paper gives a clear concept on the linguistic difference between male and female on government job sectors of Dhaka city. This report is based on primary data collection. A survey is made on the government employee throw questionnaires. Questionnaires were given to many employees and they were observed how they communicate with others and between themselves. It was also observed that change occurs in their language with the change of organizational hierarchy. Through the questionnaires and clear observation it was found that use of formal and informal language varies from person to person on government job sectors.
