EE and their enterprises face major challenges in strengthening their human and institutional capacities to take advantage of trade and investment opportunities. Presently, only a small part of the MSME sector is able to identify and exploit these opportunities and deal with the challenges competitively. India has over 26 million MSMEs producing a diverse range of products from very basic to highly sophisticated products. MSMEs contribute 8 per cent of the country's GDP, 45 per cent of the manufactured output and 40 per cent of our exports. They provide the largest share of employment after agriculture. They are the nurseries for entrepreneurship and innovation. They are widely dispersed across the country and produce a diverse range of products to meet the needs of the local markets, the global market and the national and international value chains...

This will augment meaningfulness of the humanity in human in the present era of isolationism, when everyone is becoming the part of the race. However, the precise criterion of different contexts of behaviour for Corporate Social Performance (CSP) that the pioneers or leaders understood and demonstrate the accountability is uncertain. This ambiguity and multiple dimensions of responsible leadership (RL) present in the current literature are concurring. Gaps identified indicates that there should be a methodical research on the impact of such leadership on the societal and firm level of outcomes. By following interpretivism approach in research, this paper relies on the content analysis of speeches, welcome stories, biographies and recorded interviews of selected business leaders and entrepreneurs in India. (IFC report, 2013).The gender gap in entrepreneurial activity and capitalization can be due to differing economic, financial and socio-cultural factors that affect the business environment for entrepreneurs. This case necessitates that in order to decide on the inheritance, a three-step process, prevention, management and resolution of conflict, is essential. It also highlights the gender bias in succession planning, ignoring the capabilities and competence of women in the family. Unstructured interviews around multiple stakeholders in the family business (FB) were taken identifying the core issues leading to conflicts. Triangulating with multiple sources or incumbents has reduced biases. It is observed that conflicts are inevitable within CHFBs. However, it is widely accepted that conflicts are paramount to forward progression both for the family and for the business, when it is constructive in nature. With a steady growth of the Indian travel industry, we find an upsurge in the number of Indians travelling to outbound destinations. This research aims to explore the travel behaviour and the usage of SM for travel purposes by Indian outbound leisure travellers during their entire travel process. It adopts a qualitative approach. Semi structured interviews were conducted with 30 respondents, who had travelled internationally for leisure over the past one year from the period of the study. A thematic analysis of interviews was conducted to identify manifest and latent contexts. In addition to the extent and scope of SM usage, the findings establish that the entire travel process is a cycle of pre-travel SM consumption and post-travel SM creation stages. There is a heavy usage of SM during the two stages though there is limited SM usage during-travel. The findings have been used to develop a conceptual model.

These transformations are very important for the organizational growth, survival and expansion. These transitions could be the need of the hour or a strategic move towards a brighter future. Several ecommerce players are already scaling up their offline presence to let customers experience the product before buying and to reach a larger market. Myntra is planning to be one of them by opening its physical stores across India to boost its private labels. The case attempts to examine those factors which prompted Myntra to sail against the tide. In spite of touching such heights in the online world in a short time span of just a decade is Myntra not convinced about the customer satisfaction and thus, reverting back to traditional retail.
