Principles become practice through methods and techniques. The methods and techniques are often packaged in a methodology that can be enforced by tools. Software engineering is different. It had to evolve its principles based solely on observations of thousands of projects. Every claim needs to be validated separately. In the absence of generic principles grounding a given claim within a given context becomes a real challenge. Computer Science has an inherent credibility problem due the imperative need for blending both the natural and the artificial. This paper is on modeling the Cyber - Physical Systems. It is based on mathematical foundations for the evolving dynamics of design, development and use of complex software. Geometric Algebra and Grammar of Graphics are chosen to provide better visualization of the Cyber – Physical Systems.

In web digital libraries the requests from the various regions are unpredictable. The configuration of proxy is usually based on the static analysis of the number of requests from various users over a period of time. It needs a manual installation and configuration of proxies in order to provide various services of the above type. The designers of the system usually deploy the cache proxy based on the policy and by considering as well various characteristics of good service. But, normally the requests are unpredictable, that is one can't assure which objects will be requested by users at any time. In order to solve this problem a new self-organising mobile agent based application proxy approach has been proposed. In this approach a mobile agent is able to take a survey of user access pattern in a particular region. Based on the user access frequency, ...

Phrase oriented approach is used instead of word based approach. Latent Semantic Analysis is used and its merits compared.

These contents include multi-media objects, video-objects etc. On account of storage and bandwidth costs, the content storage and delivery are the major problems. It is necessary to formulate a new method by taking into account all aspects of multimedia and video-on-demand content management. This paper describes a new method called multi-agent based user access pattern oriented optimal content allocation method for digital libraries and is concerned with various behavioural pattern of the digital library system. The content access pattern not only varies based on regional interest, subject interest, cultural interest etc. but also this pattern varies over time because of the movement of various user communities. Intelligent multi-agent based system design for dynamic content allocation has been proved as the cost-effective method when contrasted with other mathematical models for content allocation.

It poses a greater challenge to the digital library users and content builders. In this present work an attempt has been made to design and develop a user-adaptive multi-agent system approach to recommend the contents automatically for the digital library. An adaptive dialogue based user-interaction screen has also been provided to access the contents. Once the new contents are added to the collection then the system should automatically alert appropriate user about the new content arrivals based on their interest. The user interactive Question Answering (QA) system provides enough knowledge about the user requirements.

Web digital library is an instrument that provides various types of information required for e-learning. It is necessary to formulate a new technique, by taking into account various user communities and their personal requirements. This paper describes a new technique for design and development of a user-interface system called "a user adaptive self-proclamative multi-agent based recommendation system design" for e-learning digital libraries. This system is mainly designed for research people to collect the research literature. Basically this is a multi-agent based recommendation system that provides necessary suggestions by learning user-personal profiles and actions. The user has the provision to search the information and while searching, the system recommends the list of research literature that the user is interested. The profiles are con...
