It does so in a somehow historical way, showing the development of the Human Resource Management field and how the presumed link with company performance slowly, slowly emerged and became a foundation in the way people think about Human Resource Management. In the end of the article the possibility of making Human Resource Management an objective, quantitative science, based on one of the principles of Quantum Physics;electromagnetism, isintroduced as a future study topic.

The special and original measurements presented in this article are a proof of that. Comparisons were made between results obtained in measurements of energy on regular people and on the first author who is able to use the own energy very well. Measurements were made by means of light energy photons emitted in an electromagnetic field and then registered to give images which can characterize each person.

This paper argues that there seems to be scientific evidence showing that certain mindfulness techniques may diminish stress and increase energy, yet it seems that there is a period in the beginning of the mindfulness practice where the techniques have the opposite effects. These findings seem to be contradictory to past findings, which indicated that only two thirds of people practicing mindfulness techniques have positive effects from that practice. It may be that everybody can have positive effects from the practice of the mentioned techniques, just that some need to practice for a longer period before obtaining these positive effects. Further scientific studies seem to be needed in order to clarify the full spectrum of effects and consequences of practicing different mindfulness techniques, and just as important, if ...

This article examines, based on a case study, if Aikido may be a practical way to reduce stress and/or increase energy. The empirical study is based on measuring the energy and stress level of the practitioners before and after the practice of Aikido by the use of the ElectroPhotonic Imaging Device developed by Prof. Dr. Korotkov.

As the performance predictors that are used within Human Resource Management may provide a company with important information regarding the future performance of an employee, it is of great importance that these performance predictors be kept up-to-date, both in what regards the precision of each predictor, and by including new performance predictors to the present array of HR predictors should such new predictors be found. This paper is an empirical examination of two such predictors, stress and energy, and argues that, based on the available empirical material, it seems to be possible to expand the present selection of HR predictors with these two predictors as well. This study is based on the ontological framework set forth by academics such as Einstein, Hawking, Tiller, Hunt, Motoyama, regarding the possibility of assessing the ...

The fact that the human body works on electrochemical bases is also exploited in many medical tests and treatment schemes. This paper presents, on experimental basis, the electromagnetic activity of a human subject trained, which can act to improve or to maintain the own health status. Magnetic field and temperature variations at the surface of his body during his conscious action are recorded and commented.

Furthermore, this measurement also indicates the persons stress and energy level. In this way it is possible to compare two or more people objectively and quantitatively, which may find use for example in a Recruitment & Selection situation.

The purpose is to develop a performance assessment tool based on the energy profile of employee(s), which includes aspects that are not found in the present array of Human Resource Management performance prediction tools.
