It can cause local corrosion of pipes metal, which leads to their rapid destruction and creates a fire hazard in the pipelines. The number of failures in oil and gas industry is due to the development of local corrosion in pipelines and is a big part of total accidents. The situation is aggravated by the fact that it is very difficult in practice to identify local corrosion areas of pipelines. The salt layer increases energy consumption during oil transportation and this leads to significant economic losses. Salt deposition occurs during all well operation methods, but the most negative consequences of salt deposition are observed when oil production is carried out by electric submersible pumps (ESP). These types of pumps are highly sensitive to calcium carbonate scales, because high pressure and temperature sufficiently contributes to the deposition of CaCO3 .

Graduation work consist of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and references.
The introduction provides general information about the formation of salt deposits in oil wells, their corrosion and the negative effects of this problem.
The first chapter describes the chemical inhibitors used to solve this problem, their advantages and disadvantages.
The second chapter describes the synthesis of 2-amino-6 - ((2-hydroxybenzyl) amino) hexane acid, an inhibitor of amino salt deposition. Subsequently, the production of NaCMC (sodium carboxymethylcellulose) as a polymer corrosion inhibitor has been described.
The third part explains the production of NaCMC and provides detailed information about the methods used. The report provides an explanation of the relevant technological scheme and information about the main apparatus, as well as the calculation of the material balance for productivity, the technological calculation of the reactor and the heat balance of the process.

Nanomaterials on the basis of supramolecular compounds (crown-ethers) and magnetite nanoparticles... more Nanomaterials on the basis of supramolecular compounds (crown-ethers) and magnetite nanoparticles find their application in various fields. i.e imaging contrasts, chemical sensors, treatment agents, antimicrobial, anticancer drugs and etc. The presence of various functional groups and heteroatoms in the structure of the chelator plays an important role in the strength of its activity. Presence of nitrogen and oxygen atoms and the big size of macrocyclic cavity contribute to the chelating properties of the synthesized compound.
