Zainab is an Executive Search professional with over 8 years of industry experience. Post doing her Bachelor’s in Commerce from Jamia Millia Islamia University, Zainab started her career with a search firm. Subsequently, Zainab moved to Snapdeal in leadership hiring for non- technology functions, HR practices & talent needs. Zainab has executed searches ranging from mid to Senior and CXO levels for various business functions.
Previously, Zainab has also worked with an Edu-Tech organization having a global presence “Chegg” in their HR Function responsible for the continuous growth of the firm in terms of practices and processes. She started her career in search with a boutique firm “Grassik Search” in technology practice and was responsible for the growth of the firm in terms of size, reach, profitability & turnover. At Aventus Partners, Zainab’s’ role includes leadership hiring across industries & providing strategic support to Partners in industry research, identifying and assessing talent fitment.
Zainab holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Jamia Millia Islamia University.
