In our journey to transform and enhance our search experience at EBSCO, partnering with AWS GenAIIC has been invaluable in developing proof-of-concept projects to help guide our AI pilot work. We are seeking novel solutions, using generative AI, to engage our customers with vast data collections, and the GenAIIC brought fresh, innovative ideas to the table, helping us to envision Generative-AI-based search augmentation and summarization solutions.
