古書を寄付して下さい！ 大衆小説、純文学、絵本、詩集、漫画、歴史の本など… アメリカの中西部にある大学、西ミシガン大学で日本文学と翻訳論を教えているジェフリー・アングルスと申します。西ミシガン大学では、この数年間、日本語を勉強している学生も日本から来ている留学生も急増しておりますが、日本語の本が図書館にほとんどありません。そのため、日本語を勉強しているアメリカの学生は解読能力が充分身についていない状況が続いております。 自動車産業が経済的なベースだったミシガン州は、アメリカの中でとても経済的に困難な州なので、残念ながら、新本を大量に購入する予算はございません。日本では活字ばれの時代になっているとよく言われていますが、活字の面白さと日本文化の素晴らしさをどうしても学生に紹介したいと思い、是非に皆様のご協力をお願いしております。 日本の理解と日本語の能力を上げるために、只今大学のために日本語の
