"Groundswell: Winning in a World Transformed by Social Technologies"を読了。AMNブログに先を越されてしまったのですが、米国のIT系調査会社として有名な Forrester Research のアナリスト達が書いた本です。結論から先に言うと、内容的にもタイミング的にも今まさに必要とされている本といった感想でした。 "groundswell"とは「うねり」や「高まり」といった意味の単語で、ここではソーシャル技術が可能にした「集団としての人々の力（が高まりつつある状況）」のことを示しています。その力と向き合い、あたかも柔術のように自分たちの力として活用するにはどうすれば良いか、がテーマ。具体的にはブログやSNSなどをどう使うか？というお馴染みの話になるのですが、技術を解説するのが目的ではなく、あくまでも groundswell
