毎日新聞の次は『新潮４５』。 総合雑誌の廃刊休刊相次ぐ中で苦戦中の『新潮４５』も１２月号からリニューアルするそうである。 野木正英さんが編集部に参加する。 野木さんは旧友故・竹信悦夫と高橋源一郎さんと灘の同期である。 このトライアングルがどんな過激で愉快な中学高校時代を過ごしていたのかについては源ちゃんと私の対談（『ワインコイン悦楽堂』）に詳しい。 そういうご縁があるので、竹信への供養もかねて、リニューアル『新潮４５』に一臂の力を仮すことにしたのである。 野木さん、編集長の宮本さん、三重さん、そしていつもの足立さんが御影においでになる。 インタビューのお題は「呪いのコミュニケーション」。 話頭は転々で何を話したのかよく覚えていないのだけれど、その中で「知識がある」ということが今ほど無意味になった時代はないということを話した。 ２０年ほど前の学会では、学会発表のあとの質疑応答で「重箱の隅をつ
