このあいだ、ひさしぶりに「スター・ウォーズ 帝国の逆襲」をDVDで見た。つくづく、帝国軍の兵士にはなりたくないとおもった。感想はそれにつきる。帝国軍はほんとうにいやだよ。帝国軍のえらい人であるダース・ベイダーは、なにかへまをした部下がいると、フォースという超能力を使って窒息させ処刑してしまう。「おまえのミスは致命的だ」と通告した次の瞬間、へまをした部下は首を押さえながら「うぐぐ…」という感じで苦しそうに悶えた後、ばたっと倒れる。かわいそうだった。 これでは、帝国軍でがんばることの動機づけ、インセンティブが発生しない。努力するほど損である。下手にがんばって認められ、昇進などしようものなら、責任だけが増え、すべての判断が命がけとなり、ちょっとでも失敗したら即、黒マスクのおっさんによる窒息の刑が待っているという笑えない事態になる。そんなしんどい役職に誰が就きたいだろうか。そのため、誰もができるだ
