Useless app. Their network is always down.
The most useless app out there. Their network is always down when you want to make any transaction. Its been over a month now. Had raised an email to the support team and they have an automated response that they are working on it. I raised an email again with a screenshot and asked them an eta as to when it would be solved, since it had been over a month already. All you get is the same automated response that they are working on it.

Poor payment support
It's quiet a good application but not until it comes to the payment process, the transaction history is not accurate after, lack payment tracks. I've bought this 1 crypto and I couldn't receive it till date, I have submit a help ticket twice but I still couldn't get any help from the team viz. Very weak. Now the price went 3x and now I couldn't afford it

Transaction failed but Money deducted
I made a transaction of Rs. 10,000 to purchase from coin base via onramp and my amount was deducted but then I got a message saying that my UPI name doesn’t match with the bank name hence the payment failed. They have not even refunded my money. I am chasing continuously via emails. The solution they have provided is also not working. I want my money back.
