Aner Govrin
I am a clinical psychologist, a director of a doctoral program in the Program for Hermeneutics and Cultural Studies at Bar-Ilan University, Israel. I have published two books and also written several papers in political psychology, philosophy, psychology and other topics.
In have two main interests:
1. Over the past years I have been working to develop a new moral psychology, an attachmnt approach to moral judgment, that calls for a conceptual revolution in our understanding of morality. The first two papers describing this model were published by Frontiers in Psychology and are accessible to all readers.
2. My other researach topic is how psychotherapists and psychoanalysts build their knowledge, how new therories evolve, and how philosophy and culture influence the perception of truth in these areas.
