Jr. Ad Developer

As an Jr. Ad Developer, you will be reporting directly to the Lead Ad Developer. You will be responsible for creating engaging social media content as well as ad cuts from videos selected by either you or the Creative team.

Working alongside the Creative team, the Design team, and the Sales team, you will deliver a finished product that you will publish for testing.

Lastly, cutting social media videos and ads for a specific brand will mean respecting certain guidelines. Brand guidelines will be established and followed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating video sequences using Adobe Premiere/After Effects, including editing and color correction
• Reviewing and providing feedback on the scenes that were assigned.
• Releasing ads to the Sales team, publishing ads through in-house tool
• Rendering graphic elements using Photoshop
• Performing basic image retouching and manipulation
  
  

Must Haves

What you'll need to be successful:

• 2+ years of professional experience in video editing
• College diploma in a related field
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere/After Effects
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Genuine interest in marketing and advertising
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Basic knowledge of web-technologies (HTML, CSS, PHP)
• Ability to work with analytics data and learn new things
