Live Near Friends
We are our best selves when we live near people we admire. We make a habit of turning our neighbors into friends and our friends into neighbors.
It Takes A Village
It takes a village to raise kids, and it takes kids to raise a village. Whether you have kids or not, we believe intergenerational neighborhoods make us all better people.
Do The Thing
We value actions over abstract ideas. We make, test, build, and create things. We enjoy philosophy, but we value making positive tangible changes in your environment.
Touch Grass
We spend time online, but we believe that unplugging from technology and being present with people and nature is good for our well being. Together, we grow our local communities towards a resilient, regenerative, abundant future.
Play Infinite Games
At Cabin, we practice co-creation, cooperation, and reciprocity. We do this with eye towards the long-term. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and Cabin won’t be finished in our lifetimes.

Hosted another brunch for 117 creative and curious Venice Beach residents🎨
We had stand-up comedy, 2 poetry readings, 4 musical acts, a portraitist, water painting, seed planets, and a freestyle jam (seen here) that lasted 6 hours
