The sample consists of articles in newspapers, scientific magazines and social media. To carry out the analytical phase, the suggested plan is to categorize the mistakes and setting up specified standards based on the book of Royal Academy of Spanish Language about Orthography and previous researches in this field. And as a result of this investigation it will be easy to know and understand the phenomenon of orthographic errors and its reasons in different kinds of texts.

Drawing on academic research, industry insights, and professional standards, it analyzes the advantages and limitations of each group, emphasizing linguistic proficiency, cultural competence, and domain expertise. The conclusion underscores that while native speakers often excel in cultural nuance, non-natives can achieve high-quality work through training and technical skills, challenging the myth that native status is a prerequisite for excellence in these fields.

Este artículo analiza la complejidad de la competencia en una segunda lengua (L2) desde una persp... more Este artículo analiza la complejidad de la competencia en una segunda lengua (L2) desde una perspectiva emocional y psicológica. Asimismo, se aborda el debate sobre la comparación entre hablantes de L2 con hablantes nativos (L1). Basándose en hallazgos empíricos y teóricos de la psicolingüística, la sociolingüística y la pedagogía de lenguas, la discusión se centra en seis aspectos principales: el impacto del estado de ánimo en el desempeño lingüístico en L2; los retos a los que se enfrentan los hablantes profesionales de L2; la influencia de factores afectivos en la producción oral y escrita; la posibilidad de que un hablante de L2 supere a un nativo; los motivos que sustentan la percepción generalizada de la superioridad del hablante nativo; y la validez de las afirmaciones que niegan la posibilidad de que un hablante de L2 pueda superar en algún caso al hablante nativo. Aunque la adquisición temprana y la inmersión cultural continua otorgan a los nativos una notable ventaja, diversas investigaciones documentan que hablantes de L2 con altos niveles de competencia pueden alcanzar—o incluso rebasar—las destrezas de algunos nativos en contextos específicos. Se concluye resaltando las implicaciones pedagógicas de estos hallazgos y subrayando la necesidad de atender factores afectivos y de replantear el ideal tradicional del hablante nativo.
