Basic Function | Under the direction of the Director of Programming and Operations of KCLU Radio, the Assistant Director of Operations / Digital Coordinator assists with the on-air sound and daily operations of KCLU and is responsible for overseeing digital content on KCLU.org and the station’s social media channels. |

Minimum Qualifications | Any combination equivalent to: A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university or four years of professional experience in radio or television broadcasting. Experience working with/maintaining broadcast equipment and automation software. Experience with online/website content management systems. |

Licenses and other requirements | Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, during pledge drives and news emergencies |
Physical Abilities | Detect to understand appropriate written correspondence; operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer; communicate to exchange information in person, in writing, on the telephone and by email; stationary position for extended periods of time; move or transport light objects; position self to store and/or retrieve files |
