English: Francis Arinze (b. 1932) is a Igbo Nigerian Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church who was the Prefect of the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments from 2002 to 2008. He is now the Cardinal-Bishop of Velletri-Segni, succeeding Joseph Ratzinger (later pope)
