Description |
500px provided description: EL REGALO MAS gran-. This jamon with feet is known by the whole barrio; it just roams the streets and acts like a shepherds dog for some goats who also got lost there. I forgot its name. Its a cute stinking little fleeball which runs to you and rubs your leg like a dog (not that way!) while making funny noises. The cured ham, as i heard, is a leftover from during the inquisition. In order to absolutely not look like a musulman or jew, pigs would be kept as pets and very commonly roam free in the villages. As many were only putting up an act, ham was imposed upon all inhabitants, making life near impossible for ?Moors? and ?Judaizers? and it forced out the closeted ones among them. The excessive inclusion of ham in the land?s cuisine was in effect, a means of ethnic cleansing. Still very tasty, though! I dont like goats; i was raised in a city and the first time i saw a goat from up close it really scared me. Still does! what kind of head is that?! its not from here; theres holes in it, the skull sticks through the skin! and the eyes are just creepy! bloody nature or was it a sheep They are not that nice to eat.
