DM - Cannot View Splitted SFCs on the Reports

Hello Experts,

We cannot see the split SFCs on the SFC Report or on MDOs in the Manage Dashboards App. Is there any solution to that?

There are two types of process for SFC splitting in our system:

Firstly, operators can use the standard SFC Split plug-in.

Secondly, we created a SFC Split design. Operators can edit the quantity of the SFC on POD. After that, our design works behind the complete button. As a result, SFC is split by the entered quantity with a new SFC number and it is completed. So this new split SFC became ready for the next operation.

We see these split SFCs on the Manage Orders App. However, we cannot see them in the reports in both ways.

Hello Emir,

As you can check here, SFC split, merge, relabel, serialise, and quantity change functionalities are not supported yet in SFC MDO, therefore you will not be able to see it yet in SFC Report or eSAC Dashboards.
