On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.
We run a weekly webinar and I often see participants joining VERY early. Is it possible to see who these participatnts are? I currently only see the number of people in the waiting room. I have been told by Zoom support that this feature is only availble for Zoom Meetings, but I have see references to this feature being available for Zoom Webinars. Can anyone confirm if this is available? We are running the latest version of the Zoom Workplace app on our PCs. Thank you.

With a recurring monthly committee meeting, is there a way to provide access for a guest/non-committee member to attend a single instance of the monthly meeting - without giving the guest the actual recurring meeting link (or having access to the link once inside the meeting)? As in the guest would be invited to sit in for one monthly meeting instance, before being admitted to the group. Hope this is clear. thanks!

The issue was that the left side of the gallery view is getting cut off by black screen. And when you swipe to speaker view and then swipe back to the gallery view, the black screen part could possibly become a part of speaker view.

When setting up all my meeting, I turn on automatically recording to my computer. In the the last 5 (or more) sessions, the automatic recording has not worked. If I remember, I can turn it on during the live session, but would really like not to have to remember when I am live. Please advise.

Hello! I was promised a BAA sent over as soon as I paid for the phone service. I paid for the phone service and my sales rep ghosted me - no emails or anything from the MOMENT I purchased the plan. I have sent him 7 emails over the last week. I am disappointed and frustrated - I would never have selected this service if I had known he would disappear as soon as I paid. Can someone please help me? He said that I didn't have to make any additional purchases, and that he would send me a BAA over right away as soon as I put my credit card in.

I made a purchase last year because I wanted zoom calls to last longer. I didn’t see that I was signing up for a subscription and all of a sudden I see a charge on my card this year, April 4th for $163.75 I immediately contacted customer service and they did not promptly get back to me. So I reached out again and explained to them that I’m not using the service and I want a refund and they are refusing to give it to me. I find that completely unscrupulous. So I’m disputing it with my bamk and my band said that it was already resolved, $163.75 back into my account. Don’t they realize that people will not want to do business with them if they keep acting like this? Especially since I reached out the day of the transaction. Anytime this has happened with any other company they immediately gave me a refund and didn’t give me any bs.

Hello - suddenly one day recently, my output audio (what others heard) became very muffled. They could hear me only if I shouted. Then today I tried headphones in a meeting, thinking maybe that could fix the speaking issue. It did not. However, upon removing the headphones, now the speaker output is very low. I can now barely hear the other participants. I have an older Mac Pro laptop, running High Sierra. It was all working fine and only recently has this audio issue. And only with zoom. I have updated zoom, and checked all audio settings, both on the mac and on the zoom app. I reset the NRAM or whatever at the Apple store. Any suggestions? Thanks!! This is making zoom unusable.

Hi all -- our users are complaining that at least in the latest iOS app version, they can no longer see who accepted a call in a call queue. We used to see a call was answered by a specific user, like "Accepted by Mike for [Queue]", now it just says "Accepted by others for [Queue Name]". Is there a way to get the old behavior back, or a setting we can toggle? Here's what we currently see: Here was the great behavior earlier:

Recently, my system got an upgrade from 22.04 to 24.04. Since then, Zoom can't output audio to my Jabra Speak 510. * Music players, browsers, spotify can use the Jabra sucessfully. Not a general hardware support problem. * Zoom can use the built-in speakers of the laptop successfully. Not a general audio problem with Zoom. Since 24.04 (Noble Numbat), Pipewire is used as the audio backend system. So, I already played around with some settings here. The Zoom client for Linux seems to use PulseAudio which Pipewire supports with a compatibility layer (package pipewire-pulse). This is installed. Has anybody faced something like this and has any pointers?

Zoom Workplace desktop no longer operates on my computer. I have been using the browser version for the last month or so but I would like to troubleshoot the desktop version. When I select Zoom either using the StartMenu icon or by directly double-clicking on the Zoom application, I seemingly get no response whatsoever. I see no delay, window opening or other indication that the program has attempted to run. There are no Zoom processes in Task Manager....not even briefly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times with reboots between the steps. I have run the CleanZoom program. Zoom does show in my Apps list but the "Modify" option is grayed out. I am not experiencing problems with other programs. I've cleared caches, deleted cookies. I've also run CCleaner. I browsed other messages here in the community but did not find additional suggestions. Configuration: Microsoft Surface Pro 9; 16GB RAM; 477GB flash drive (249 available); i7 12th Gen Windows 11 Pro 24H2 with all current updates. Aside from Microsoft365, there are few other programs on the device (no gaming whatsoever, for example). No 3rd party antivirus (only Windows Defender). Thanks much for any suggestions.
It also does not launch from a browser or email/appointment link.
