"Basic 1 Liner Fun Compo". Well, it's a fun compo, it's 1 line, entry served. No need for drama ;) | User Comment Submitted by chatGPZ on 28 January 2020
Guess someone needs to come up with a definition of what constitutes a BASIC demo then (on CSDb). Good luck! | User Comment Submitted by Peacemaker on 28 January 2020
lol. if that is a basic demo, then fuck off ;)
while what has the compo rules to say what a release should be taged on csdb?!
lol. funny . haha.. this is NOT a basic demo. PERIOD! | User Comment Submitted by Count Zero on 27 January 2020
These discussions have been led before - 2Bit Mess
Compo "designers" should make proper rules - period. | User Comment Submitted by Peacemaker on 27 January 2020
dont care about that compo. uploader has tagged this release "basic demo". i was reffering to that. tag has been changed by me.
good luck. | User Comment Submitted by Count Zero on 27 January 2020
The compo was dubbed "Basic 1 Liner Fun Compo" and we actually asked for details about LISTability, type-in abilities and other restrictions.
Wonder why the other 4 entries are not yet uploaded to give you more drama :) | User Comment Submitted by TheRyk on 26 January 2020
why was there a compo at all, and why BASIC demo? Guess some people had too much Schnaps :P
BTT: lacks BASIC but has its moments! | User Comment Submitted by chatGPZ on 26 January 2020
I think you guys should complain at the guys who made the compo rules. FULL FORCE! | User Comment Submitted by iAN CooG on 26 January 2020
Indeed, at this point any program consisting of a single sys line is a "basic demo". An actual basic demo shouldn't use any routine entered by poking or printing then executing asm code, if anything only ROM code should be admitted. | User Comment Submitted by Peacemaker on 26 January 2020

for the commodore 64, and more is being added every day. As this website is scene related, you can mostly find demos, music and graphics made by the
people who made the scene (the sceners), but you can also find a lot of the old classic games here.
Try out the search box in the top right corner, or check out the CSDb main page for the latest additions.
