I obtained postgraduaation from the School of Political Science in 1983 academic year.
Subsiquently, I started working with the different development projects financed by the ADB' WORLD BANK and DFID. I was assigned as an Advisor by UNDP an I also worked for Chevron Corporation, USA based oil company, as Government Affairs Advsor.
I have experienced working in Afghanistan , Tajakistaan, Uzbekistan' Philippines and Timor dealing with the projects financed by ADB, WB and UNOPS.
