Job Description

Are you passionate about Operations and would enjoy working for a hospitality start-up expanding to Switzerland? Then join us as an Operations Manager (m/f/d).

How You'll Be Hosting With Heart

• You will be responsible for our properties in the south of Germany and Switzerland and make sure that our daily operations run smoothly by coordinating with our local service providers.
• You guarantee our existing processes and guidelines are up to date and contribute to the development/implementation of new ones.
• You make sure the high-quality standards of our limehomes in all of our suite locations are met and you will even be visiting our beautiful properties on-site.
• You are linking our internal team & our partners and establishing a strong relationship with our suppliers (cleaning, laundry, maintenance…) to ensure smooth operations for all limehomes.
• You work closely with our international Hospitality Operations Team and all relevant stakeholders to improve our operations at limehome.
• You are able to create/adopt new processes that might appear on-demand.
• You will be part and responsible for the first deals we run in the Swiss market.
  
  

What You Need To Shoot For The Stars

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in economics, tourism/hospitality or related fields.
• You are located close to the Swiss border and are open to visit the properties in Basel and Zurich on a regular basis.
• Additionally, you speak German on a native level and have very good communication skills in English.
• You have the ability to organize projects, appointments, and are a team player.
• Also, you take ownership, love to tackle challenges, and keep cool in stressful situations.
• You structure your work individually and love to use your analytical capabilities.
• What is more, your motto is "Nothing is impossible"! You are hands-on and approach things pragmatically and every challenge in a results-oriented way.
