Love that you guys offer free shipping and free returns. I hate when people don’t. Not sure my friends really have the same taste as me.

Not sure if the AC was broken or what but it was SUPER cold in the store. I live in California and it get’s hot, but it’s hard to shop when you’re shivering. Still, I did get a pretty killer sweater! I’ll come back in the winter when it’s warmer ;)

I used to work and retail and so I know how tough it can be, your staff is just the best. Never had a bad interaction with them and they are super knowledgeable about the origin of the materials, construction, stock levels, discounts. It’s kinda crazy.

Super soft t-shirts. And they are such a great price. I’d have to pay 2 or 3 times more at a designer fashion house for this quality.

Don’t shop much, but when I do I can’t stand when things are out of stock. That’s never a problem with you guys. Always have what I want so I can get in and out, no fuss.

Fast shipping, incredibly generous return policy, and amazing clothes I can’t find anywhere else. Pretty rad.

The jeans I ordered didn’t fit very well, so I wanted to return them, but I couldn’t find out where to print the return shipping label. After contacting support they helped me, which was super pleasant.

I just moved to the east coast and am not used to needing to layer. So I bought a bunch of sweaters and heavier shirts, and couldn’t be happier. They are both stylish and functional. I’m warm and looking good :)

The quality of the clothing is excellent. My mother is a seamstress and she’s always commenting on the meticulous care given to the stitches on my Hem & Stitch sweaters. The store was closed the day I tried to visit, but I had the next day off so I came back.

When I shop online I end up returning half of the stuff I order, so it’s always nice when I can come into the store to make sure I love the color and fit. The staff is always really friendly and totally understands you gotta try on a lot of stuff to find the perfect piece.

Love your stores. From the music, to the staff, to the way you present all the garments. Every time I step in the store I feel inspired to dress better :)

Ordering from the app is super easy, and your search feature is fantastic, love being able to see everything by color. However, the confirmation email said it would arrive on Friday, but it didn’t come until Wednesday the following week. If you are going to offer free shipping make sure it arrives on time.

The sweaters I ordered were supposed to be charcoal, but they look way different than they did on my iPad.

My orders have been shipping slower and slower and it seems the denim you are using these days is a lots thinner. It is wearing in the knees a lot faster. Still a fan, but hope you can get quality back on track.
