Abstract
Due to the explosive evolution of Information Technology and Computer Science, we have entered in the Big Data Age, and this is really a scientific revolution. As always, the technological aspects evolve faster than the scientific community mentality. Transforming Big Data into Big Knowledge and developing a new kind of Knowledge-Based Systems require new visions and approaches. ICBDT 2019 is annual conferences for researchers, academicians and industry persons in Big Data Technologies. This platform provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global cooperation.
