Hang Li

Hang Li is Head of Research at ByteDance. He is an ACM Fellow, ACL Fellow, and IEEE Fellow. His research areas include natural language processing, information retrieval, machine learning, and data mining. He graduated from Kyoto University and earned his Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo. He worked at NEC Research, Microsoft Research Asia, and Huawei Noah’s Ark Lab, before joining ByteDance.
