Abstract
This paper will explain the remoting process of a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). Two particular topics will be highlighted: the development of the video streaming architecture; the attempt to give the start for a new standard microscopy: the remote microscopy. Experiments have been performed on a commercial SEM platform.
