Abstract
HotFlow can help you through a sophisticated business process in E-Commerce, starting with the contact, guiding you and your partner(s) through negotiation and contracting until the item is delivered or the service rendered, and the bill is paid. This workflow control is based on the language/action perspective, which allows the process definition to be adapted even during run-time.
