Synchronization of Dynamical Networks with Non-identical Nodes by Switching Network Control

Abstract

This paper studies the synchronization problem of a complex dynamical network. Consider the general case that each isolated node dynamics are different. Suppose that there exist a common equilibrium solution of all the isolate nodes, and then the common equilibrium solution is selected as the target. By designing a distributed switched controller and applying the common Lyapunov function methods, we present some criteria which can guarantee local and global synchronization. Finally, a numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness of the results.
