Abstract

The rapid development of virtual reality technology, artificial intelligence, 5G transmission technology and Internet has accelerated social changes, and brought great changes to social development. If it can be widely applied in the field of sports, it can not only make up for the lack of fitness exercise space and technical training, but also reduce the physical injury caused by innovative and difficult sports movements when using VR technology to create high, new and difficult sports technologies.
