Abstract

The advent of high-throughput whole-genome mapping methods for the three-dimensional (3D) genome organization such as Hi-C has revealed distinct features of chromatin folding in various scales within the cell nucleus. These multiscale 3D genome features collectively contribute to vital genome functions such as transcription.
