Abstract
This paper addresses the lack of research on student recruitment in the Philippines. The closure of campuses and the shift to remote learning have highlighted the uneven adoption of educational technology and digital capabilities among Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the country. Drawing on international studies, this paper proposes the implementation of recommendations tailored to the Philippine setting. It presents the design and features of a web application intended to enhance student recruitment in HEIs. The application includes an interactive chatbot, events/places map, information module, and website analytics, catering to the needs of both students and educational institutions. By offering a timely and cost-effective solution, this paper fills a significant research gap and contributes to improving student recruitment in the Philippines.
